Crust Simply Italian, a locally based East Coast Italian concept, has opened its fourth Valley location – and first in the West Valley – at The Trailhead on the northeast corner of Happy Valley and 83rd Avenue in Peoria.
Known for a modern-casual approach to Italian dining, the sit-down restaurant blends a polished atmosphere with a crowd-pleasing menu built around pastas, pizzas, and classic entrées.
Crust’s menu features favorites like rigatoni alla vodka, chicken parmesan, and lobster ravioli, alongside hand-tossed pizzas, fresh salads, and shareable starters.
Like other locations in Scottsdale, Chandler, and Gilbert, the Peoria Crust has a bird-themed speakeasy, this one called The Raven, offering wine, cocktails, and spritzes.
A much-delayed fifth location of Crust is nearing completion in downtown Mesa.
Open for lunch and dinner daily.
